Today we’ll be reading once again from John Van Auken’s 2007 book entitled Toward a Deeper Meditation. Mr. Van Auken is a Director at the Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach. We’ll focus on Chapter 5 which speaks to the concept of an Ideal and how it can guide us through life.

As always, we will include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
