An organisation that provides schools with fantastic mental health support for pupils and staff and are passionate about promoting and developing positive mental health in young people and developing lifelong resilience to cope in an ever-changing world.

Today's guest has been working in education for over twenty-five years. Previously working in secondary schools as a teacher and during that time was a very successful Head of Year in an outstanding school.

She retrained as a therapist and now has a successful private business supporting young people with mental health issues.

She has worked in many schools over the last 10 years promoting mental health and BRIYM support schools to help provide young people with practical techniques to deal with their mental health issues.
