(1:49) The Baltimore Ravens placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on quarterback Lamar Jackson, meaning he is free to negotiate a new contract with any other team in the league. But it's a little more complicated for the 49ers to make a run at Jackson. How would it work, and what would it take the 49ers to part with to make it work? Will the team even consider it?
