Shade is behavior modification. And its all positive!!! In it you can see leadership and vulnerability by acknowledging not so great behavior. Now lets be honest here, I'm not so shady, yes I've had moments where I've been, and voila, that's where this podcast comes in... me learning how to be more shady...!
