Coach Cody Glenn is the running backs coach and the head boys track coach at Cy Fair High School in Houston, Texas. After a decorated high school career in Rusk, Texas he went on to be a fan favorite at Nebraska. In the NFL he played in Super Bowl XLIV as a member of the Indianapolis Colts. In this episode we discuss how being yourself is the most natural way to coach, how his upbringing infulenced his career, a mutual mentor, and the lost art of "effort." Unfortunately, there is a bit of an audio issue at times. I'll get it figured out. Keep grinding. Coach Glenn is on Twitter @Txhusker3452.
