He is a first-time author who surprised himself by accomplishing this dream, and He is grateful for the support that he received along the way. He is currently working on his second book. As a retired twenty-three-year veteran of the Boston Fire Department, raised in South Boston, Massachusetts, he has always had a deep love for sports. In his book, 4th & Long: A Gridiron Parable, he used football as a vehicle to explore life's challenges and triumphs.
