Perseverance is key for us as followers of Jesus. Life isn’t always going to be easy or fun, new or flashy. Our life of following Jesus can be pretty challenging from multiple angles. We’re reminded in 1 Peter 3 that we always have to be prepared to give an answer to the hope that lies within us. We don’t know when that moment may come – with words or actions. We need to keep persevering – with our eyes on Jesus. He is our hope.
