La Cocina de Cristina - Easy Artisan Bread Recipe
3 ½ cups bread flour
2 teaspoons of celtic salt
½ teaspoon instant dry yeast
Whisk together
1 ¾ - 2 cups of Warm water - just a guide - add splashes of water at a time until a sticky consistency.
Stir up well in bowl.
Pour some olive oil on edges.
Cover with a dish towel and let it rest on counter for 2 hours so it rises.
After 2 hours heat dutch oven in 425 F for 30 min
Put some flower on a disinfected clean counter - put some flower on your hands.
Take out the mix from bowl and sprinkle flour on it.
Start to pull the mix slowly and fold it in various times.
Make it into a round ball.
Flip over. Cut some lines on top with serrated knife.
Take out heated dutch oven and place the bread mix inside.
Put covered dutch oven back into oven for 30 min.
After 30 min, uncover dutch oven and put back in the oven for 10 min to brown.
Take out the artisan bread and let cool on a cutting board or baking rack.
Cut and enjoy with butter, jam or by itself! Enjoy!
