Your spirit man wants to please the Lord, but your flesh is opposed to the spirit. In order to gain mastery over the flesh, you've got to walk by the spirit. Your physical body is the temple of the Holy Spirit- you actually HOUSE the Holy Ghost! God wants you to live a long time and to be strong.
