In this episode, I speak with artist Casey O'Brien. I have known Casey since my first job working at a daycare in an athletic club. We have been friends for about a decade now, and we have taken entirely different approaches to getting our lives together. Casey has always been a very talented artist and one of the most creative, right-brained people that I know. She earned a degree from the College for Creative Studies in advertising design and currently works for an advertising agency. We have a great conversation about her art career, her experience with anxiety, and phobias. We also talk about psychedelics and discuss Casey’s experiences with vivid dreaming and sleep paralysis. This episode gets very psychoanalytic in the best kind of way!
As always, thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy!
