What are you ready to awaken?
Use this episode in the morning, to help you ground in before your day. or use it to awaken something within you. Whatever you're ready to awaken, this episode is here to guide you using your breath.
We are using the triactive breath done through the nose. 2 inhales in through the nose, the first into the belly, second into the chest and exhaling out through the mouth. Finishing off the session with a top hold.
