RaVonya Knight, educator and activist, shares how she’s using her experience as a parent to foster #BlackBoyJoy in her community and the education system. Through her work, she’s equipping other educators to understand the dynamics Black males face and what it takes to create a safe learning space for them. She’s also preparing for some work to empower parents to advocate for their children.
