The idea to record and publish regular podcasts evolved naturally out of informal chats that we would have while driving, walking, eating or just hanging out together. Sometimes, there were other colleagues around who would happily listen in, other times it was just Joan and me diving into a subject that came up in the moment. These spontaneous and unplanned  conversations often  unfolded into meaningful and insightful exchanges for both of us.
