It has been well-established that the extractive sector is more prone to poor governance corruption. In this episode, we are going take a closer look at corruption trends in the extractive sector. In the first part of the discussion, we will focus on the corruption risks applicable across the extractive sector decision chain. In the second part, we will mention a few case studies from different countries, that demonstrate corruption in its various forms.
