Many mentors, career coaches, professors, and even parents always have advice to give when it comes to obtaining success. Most of the time, it seems like they provide a very easy check list to follow with great enthusiasm and positivity.
In this episode, I talk about failure - a topic that is often avoided.
While in engineering school, I faced many obstacles and pushback. It wasn't until recently when I had the opportunity to reflect back and connect the dots of my college journey. Today, I am extremely thankful for my engineering job and the ability to share my story.
I hope my story will connect with students who are struggling with similar challenges and most importantly, remind them of their potential and limitless capabilities.
