Get into a habit of challenging your negative beliefs and self-talk. You can begin to do this by consciously addressing your negative thoughts and thinking of evidence that contests them. For instance, listing all the things that you’re good at. My superpowers are taking care of people, being kind, cooking and being a loving teacher. What are yours?
