Today we take a deep-dive into the concept of Flourishing, a concept essential to building robust, consistent and sustainable self-leadership, as well as a collaborative space for teams to be aware of each others' progress, challenges and need for opportunity. Flourishing is a life-long process which turns followers into leaders, and good leaders into great leaders.
