Our friendship started in a refugee camp in the Netherlands 5 years ago. We have been assaulted by other refugees after being caught kissing each other and then we were escorted by the security and separated. After 5 years from that incident, I invited Marxus to talk about this story and then take it as a starting point to discuss gender, sexuality, and human behaviour and understanding around this topic. We acknowledge that our scientific understanding is limited, so we do not assume that anything being said on this episode is the truth, but rather it is an attempt to have a dialogue and honest communication to seek more insight from each other and hopefully spark some ideas in your mind.
