There was period of time in our country where a male physique that slightly resembled melted ice cream was considered trendy. In the sports world, this length of time is referred to as “a cup of coffee”, because it is shorter than the time required to consume a mug of brewed caffeine. Sadly, even though people wised up and the attraction is mostly gone, many males still struggle with the infamous Dad Bod. As men age and as life happens, sometimes things like exercise and healthy eating are replaced with second helping plates piled high with stress and processed sugar. In this weeks episode we learn about an interesting support system for males to learn how to lose the Dad flab.
A few years back Mike was a fat, lazy alcoholic executive, eating crappy food but believing he was clever and successful. Deep down he knew his kids, family and career deserved better, so he made the decision to clean up his act and get healthy. Now he is passionate about helping his mates do the same and live the life we all deserve.
