Today, collaboration is in higher demand than ever, and physical distance is no longer a barrier to working together, thanks to the rapid advances in technology and data accessibility. Students are now encouraged to prepare for a future where face-to-face meetings may often be replaced by online discussions with colleagues worldwide. At the University of East Anglia (UEA), Dr. Liliana Harding has launched a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) initiative, allowing students to work jointly on projects with peers from universities around the globe.
