There are 5 rules for more Discipline. You have already all, what you need to learn Discipline.
To dominate you own Will, your own feelings, your own inclinations, to reach something.
1. Sandwich Rule: The newest Goals you can learn here, you can learn with a combination of habits, let them combine. Lets say you want to learn Yoga, just put your Yoga mat next to your bed in the morning.
2. Little steps: Always start little. More sport? Start with 20 minutes a day. Eat better? Try a healthy day a week. You want to do 30 pushups in a piece? Start with one, then with 2. Do it in little steps.
3. Mental Photo: It is important to make concrete Representations of your goals. Ask yourself, why you want to do it in the first place? Why do you start to make sport? To be fitter? Write down your goals, und remember them daily. Convince you. You can do it.
4. Community: Surround yourself with people that are inminent to do the same goals as you. You are, who you spend your time with.
5. Say thanks: Have you said already Thanks? Although you havent reached your Goal, say thank you. Just say it. Believe in you. Say thank you. Let go and see where you can go.
The Discipline is something that you practice. All the Transposition is inside of you. You should always think about this. Trust yourself, and your Power of Will. You will overcome the Undertaking and endure the Crunch.
