So you are time poor but you still want to look and feel great. Healthy does not have to be a labour intensive or too complicated. In this healthy hustler series I will be sharing with you some great tips, tricks, hacks and information that I have come across along my health journey. These nuggets of gold have at times really helped me stay on track. 

In this episode we are talking all thinks movement and exercise. In particular I mention NEAT movement, how to increase your metabolism and how often you should be working out to get the best results.
