Glen is Professor of Urban Studies at the Institute for Social Policy, Housing, and equalities research (I-SPHERE) at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Suzanne Fitzpatrick is Professor of Housing and Social Policy and also at I-SPHERE.
