Athletes see sleep as the number 1 tool to recovery and hence to performance. Many leaders still believe that sleep is an unnecessary evil, sharing how they reached their successes through 4-5 hours of sleep. In this first episode on sleep (one of my all-time favorite topics) we deepdive into why athletes and leaders share a different belief, the consequences of a lack of sleep on performance and how there is a certain mindset change already happening. And of course, I will share (based on different pieces of research) how much sleep you really need.
