When we have self-awareness we can change our behaviour. 

Next I go into 7 simple things you can do to establish a healthy relationship with yourself. There isn't anything fancy on this list but I stress the importance that YOU matter and if you want a healthy relationship with yourself you've got to start putting yourself on your to do list.
