Let's say there is one semester left until you can graduate with an Honors degree and you currently have straight A's, and you are getting endless offers of scholarships. What would make you want to leave that all behind? Well, I can answer this question very easily. When you have a calling in life that you are put on this Earth to serve others for, you have to chase after it right? I already have the work ethic, knowledge, and passion to make things happen, but I do not believe that having a degree will help me get there any faster. Don't get me wrong, I have been learning so much and absolutely loving the professors I had a pleasure to meet and work with, met so many bright people whom I'm so proud and honored to call as friends, and I'm doing really well with a 4.0 GPS. All of the people I met from college are so dear to my heart and I love each and every one of them so very much. What a gift to be able to have such kind-spirited people in my life. I am so close to finishing, but why am I making this decision? I want to make this sacrifice to be a sense of hope and inspiration to people who are doubting themselves. If you are one of the people who messaged me asking how I'm so smart to go to college while running a business? Well, let me be honest here. I'm not. I do enjoy learning, but I am miserable about the fact that I simply cannot give my business my all with so many responsibilities being a full-time student. By giving this up, I'll be the only person in my entire family without a college degree, but I'm okay with that. I do not believe that having a degree is a direct reflection of your intelligence and your abilities, but a willingness to learn and persistence is. (ooh, that's good. I wish I said that during the episode.) I am here to stay and if I can do it without a college degree, you can too.
