In the first of this series, Kathy Thompson (Reed College) invites Annie Duong to share her story on getting into engineering. Annie is a Senior Design Manager at Ampere, and she speaks on how to push one another to achieve your best, encouraging psychological safety at work, creating a post-gender culture, and what she thinks about during her long-distance runs.
