Lee Boot (00:00): Now you should be looking at a painting. It's actually a print of a photograph of a painting that is maybe five feet long and a little less than two feet tall. This is a print of a photograph of a painting that was 8 feet high and 24 feet long. And I worked on it for about a year in 2001 and 2002 in order to understand what would be the content of film and television that I would make to try to help teenagers, young people understand their brains. It turned out that the relationships I had built with the National Institutes of Health, starting at the Society for Neuroscience Convention in 1997 allowed me to learn how to write federal science grants.
(00:56): And I had finally gotten a good deal of money to be able to make a video to be able to make television and, and film on a kind of large scale. So this, this painting is connected to this monitor that is one of five in the center of this room, the first one. And on that you can see the film we finally created called Euphoria. And this painting on the wall, this, this print that you're looking at is where I worked out the basic ideas that would become the script of that film.
