Esta semana conversamos sobre Internet.org, la iniciativa de “conectividad” de Facebook que ha empezado a desplegarse en latinoamérica con mucha polémica. Como ya no es novedad, Javier y Miguel tienen preocupaciones distintas sobre la iniciativa y cómo deberían de responder los estados.
