Who will be the next Brazos County Commissioner of Precinct 2? Think Brazos interviewed both candidates running for this position; Russ Ford and Jane Sherman. In this episode, Charles Coats of Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity interviews Jane Sherman about her experience and priorities should she win the election in November. Ms. Sherman also describes several ideas she has for addressing the affordable housing problem in Brazos County.
The winner of this race will join the Brazos County Commissioners Court and create policies that impact housing affordability and quality of life for Brazos County residents. Turnout for local elections is often much lower than national elections, so your vote has a bigger impact!
