Julianna Cossman, a casting associate who has cast both seasons of Netflix's hit reality competition show "The Circle," stops by and spills ALL the tea. First we discuss how she got to this point in her career. Next I ask her what kind of people are typically cast for The Circle. Then Julianna reveals which cast members were encouraged to catfish during season 1 AND spills that it may not have been Sean's decision to reveal herself as a fake profile(!!!) We dive deep in to how Julianna uses social media to cast these shows. She also reveals who the crew thought would win season 1 of The Circle. I ask how they decide who goes in to The Circle as an original cast member as opposed to coming in later. Since Julianna was on set for all of season 1, she reveals how it felt watching the show unfold.
