Karen Forman started out as an assistant at CAA. She spent 3.5 years there, honing her skills before she went on to become a fully-fledged agent at the Metropolitan Agency. During her 12 year stint there, she ran the talent department, overseeing 10 agents and 150 actors and was eventually promoted to Vice President. She has represented some of the top names in Hollywood including Matt LeBlanc, Hillary Swank, and Tom Selleck.
