I just returned home from an absolutely magical, healing and insightful 7-day silent retreat in the Rocky Mountains. On retreat, I developed a deepening sense of ease and lovingkindness, as the spaciousness of the natural world supported my mindfulness practice. A few big experiential realizations stood out. In this episode, I share 5 key takeaways:
1. Itchy Mind, Itchy Body!
2. Using The Useful Information in Shame as a Guide
3. How We (our minds) Make Up INCREDIBLY Convincing Stories About Others w/ Very Little to No Information
4. How to Manifest Moose (AKA How WE (our minds) Make Up INCREDIBLY Convincing Stories About Ourselves w/ Little to No Information)
5. Self-Compassion Is the SECRET SAUCE!
If this episode feels valuable to you, please share it with a loved one and pass the goodness on. You can also rate the podcast and follow it to support me, and most importantly YOU!
