I've been having amazing conversations recently with friends and other connections in my network about my journey over the past year transitioning from a Director of Customer Success & Account Management to becoming a full time solopreneur. These conversations have been an opportunity for me to reflect on how far I've come - even in the last 3-6 months - in terms of my mindset, vision, and overall confidence and belief in myself.
