In this episode of TheFemmeCast, I walk you through some of the most powerful healing techniques that I’ve come to rely on in my life. These are the exact same techniques that I’ve turned to, when I myself was the one who needed healing. 

But first, let me be clear. There are literally hundreds of healing modalities out there. All of which can easily be used to help you heal from all sorts of things. Whether it’s childhood trauma, past life trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD or any one of a thousand other things. But not every technique is right for every woman, at every time in her life.
