Within this episode I share some thoughts that came up to me in regards to healing Generational Trauma. This might be a new conversation for you or something that you've explored. Sometimes we don't recognize the impact of generational trauma, because it's "just the way things are." But what if you reflected on the different patterns/cycles that exist within your family? Can you identify some that don't feel good to you? Do you recognize any themes? Start building awareness around these areas. There is something that exists within it. Perhaps a cycle that is asking for attention, for nurturing, for healing. The intention of this episode is to get you thinking about this, and to also encourage you to talk about it. Sometimes we think that it's best to avoid it, but but that is what allows the cycle to repeat itself.
