HeatherAsh Amara is a fierce warrior goddess who has devoted her life’s work to training women on how to fully live in their authenticity and powerfully hold space for themselves and others.
Her work is based on the Toltec teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz, one of her teachers and mentors.
The ability she has to teach with such a powerful yet humble energy has been a huge inspiration to me on my own personal journey and the efforts she constantly makes to bring social and emotional awareness to her trainings is why I had to have her on the show!
