Mammoth Cave Bourbon is back on the shelf! Balance Distilling in Smiths Grove, Kentucky has recently revived the label and released the first bottles of this brand for decades. Originally produced in the 1800's and included for a time in the Van Winkle portfolio of spirits - this small batch distillery has indeed resurrected a tasty bourbon. Distilled in the karstland where the limestone is plentiful, you won't want to miss the opportunity to roadtrip through the beautiful rolling hills for this.

Mammoth Cave Bourbon is also sold at the Lodge at Mammoth Cave. You can take home a bottle for yourself from the gift shop or pull up a chair at the bar and enjoy a drink.
