Having dealt with any suicidal ideation, chemical issues, or other emergent issues, it is important now to create a container within which to build your recovery. Here I suggest five points- 1- self-care 2- moderation, 3- boundaries, 4- reality, 5- spirituality. These will serve as a container within which you can begin the genuine spiritual work of the Christian life.
