Most parents want better for their children than they themselves had, and many children swear they will never be like their family. But on our own, we do not get to choose whether or not to be like our forefathers. Depravity is inherited, and entrenched in us. But the Bible teaches we can be free- You have been -ransomed from the futile way of life inherited from your forefathers- -I Peter 1-18-.
