My guest, this week is a young and brave lady. Her Motto: Never fear a new opportunity!
After her Hotel Management School in Switzerland, Michelle Gebert went to China, and worked in the hospitality industry for around 6 years -  and later in Dubai.
As the Executive Director, Michelle was leading the Swiss Business Council in Dubai, and in 2019 she moved to the Netherlands, where she established her own business “Hold the Moo” - a trailer coffee shop with delicious home-made food. Since few years she is a blogger about healthy food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, salads and desserts.
The launch of her coffee shop was in the worst time - the 2020 pandemic - but Michelle was very courageous and she decided to go ahead anyway.
