Goodmorning. I hope you’re having a wonderful start to the week. If not, let’s get to it.
This week we will be talking about setting ourselves up for success. The best place for me to start was our habits. What is it that we are doing everyday that could be helping or hindering us. Our habits are the fabric of the quality of our lives. In order for us to grow, we must ensure that our habits are in line with our values and our wants. They say it takes about 66 days to develop a habit that’ll stick. Today’s episode is all about becoming aware of what our habits are. We will talk soon about changing/replacing habits but I did leave a few tips at the end.
We have less than 2 months until the new year. Don’t wait until January to start working on your goals.
