Adopting the DevOps approach is not only a big mind shift and change in the culture of IT operations and software development.

It's also for every individual a challenge to learn new process, tools and collect first (practical) experiences at the same time.

Therefore, we're excited to talk with Esther Barthel about her learning journey. She gave us a lot of insight into why it's a good idea to bring more dev knowledge into the existing ops experience. 

At the end there was a little fun quiz and we are looking forward to welcome Esther Barthel in January in Azure Bonn.
