Systems For Success

#5: Nathan Kohlerman - Rethinking Addiction Through A Mindful Lens

Listen Later

In this episode, I sit down with my man Nathan Kohlerman (@NathanKohlerman) to discuss healing past traumas, living a fulfilling life through intention, and how surprisingly not all aspects of health and wellness are actually healthy.

Nathan Kohlerman is the founder of NeuIntention Health and Wellness, Co-Founder of Haus of Omega, and Creator of High Functioning Hippies.

He is a men’s coach who specializes in working with the subconscious mind, incorporating modalities such as breathwork, gateway healing, meditation, movement, neurolinguistics programming, and primal activations.

His mission is to help others heal their past wounds, breakthrough subconscious blocks, and access their highest potentials & is on a relentless pursuit to redefine human optimization through mind, body, and soul.

It's always a pleasure for me to sit down and chop it up with Nathan and I'm very excited you get to listen in this time.

I hope you enjoy the show!
