In this fifth series documenting the lock-down, I am joined by some very talented folk in New York, talking about how they are coping with the lock-down. 

We share some good news about the upcoming release of the album Ruth, which comprises of music Rolando composed for a multi award winning short-film called Ruth. Rolando gave permission for one of the tracks to be inserted into this podcast. Believe me when I say it is beautiful haunting melody. 

I have also inserted a clip further along the interview of a lovely song written and recorded by Heidi called 'Drip Drop Ripple' from her album 'In Stillness'. 

We were also joined by their beautiful and also extremely talented daughter, Océane, who spoke freely about how she is enjoying her time at home on lock-down with her parents …. not ….
