The most important hour you can spend with a potential client. The one where they get to test you out as a trainer and you get to test them out as a client! This hour usually ends with your close and the potential to have built enough rapport (trust) and value with them that you inspire that potential client to become a paying customer -- taking a BIG step in the direction of their goals.
