I’m back to talk about failure again!  Hopefully you already listened to episode 64 in which I explained why I think failure is NECESSARY.  But to really make my point, today I am opening up, getting even more real and a little bit vulnerable to share with you five of my favourite fails in business so far.

 

I am doing this for two reasons:  First, I want us to normalise failure, so that we realise it isn’t really a thing, things go wrong, or take unexpected turns, or just don’t work out all the time, that is life.  But it is ALWAYS an opportunity to learn. It is ALWAYS possible for us to decide how we react, recover and reframe what happened. Second I want to show you how each of these failures helped me to grow and contributed to my success so that you can learn from them too!  So I guess you could say I’ve failed in these five ways for you, you’re welcome!
