In this episode, we talk about the year ahead and some phrases we are using to focus our intention for the year. We're holding tension between two intentions this year, one to move forward into action and the other to hold space for rest and ease. Since having the conversation we've found another phrase which is pulling our attention, from Goethe, "Do not hurry; do not rest."
