Listen as Cheryl Killilea talks about her 5 pillars of wellness. These pillars consist of emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and occupational/financial. It is Cheryl's theory that when we give attention to all of these areas of our lives, we can have peace. In addition to our conversation about the pillars of wellness, Cheryl shares with us her story about some recent changes that have happened in her life and how she was able to endure. Cheryl went through a divorce after almost 20 years of marriage. In addition to that she closed her business and decided to move to be closer to her daughter and grand-daughter. Before all the hard stuff happened, Cheryl converted to christianity. She attributes her faith for helping her get through the hard times. Cheryl has been in sobriety for 6 years from alcohol and said that it was God and her children that helped her not relapse during the difficult times in her life.
