Since this podcast is the product of Covid-19 in the sense that it was inspired by the arrival of the virus and the toll it took on our mental health (amongst other things), this episode explores 5 positive updates regarding the virus. Considering the words 'positive' and 'virus' shouldn't be in the same sentence, this episode proves to be quite interesting, reminding us once again that there is always a silver lining even in the worst of situations
